Good evening ladies and gentlemen, it’s good to see you all and hope you all enjoyed the golf today. Tonight is a very special theme of Shanghai – inspired by our hosts the Shanghai Golf Association and their chairman, Mr. Chu Jia Ming - thank you Mr. Chu.

Mr. Zhang Xiao Ning – a special thank you to you for coming down from Beijing specially for this dinner.

We’re proud of the fact that the Volvo China Open is actually the Open Golf Championship of China. It’s thanks to the support and enthusiasm of the China Golf Association and of you all here that it is steadily growing in stature on the world golfing stage.

And I particularly want to give a big welcome to some new members of the Volvo China Open family – ThinkPad, Toto, Samsung, the Economic Observer and of course Le Meridien Sheshan…. and to the support from Shanghai Daily and Shanghai Morning Post. Thanks for helping make this an even better championship.

All the comments we hear this week is what superb condition the Silport course is in. To chairman Beta Soong – Beta you’ve done it again. The course has given a wonderful boost to the image of the Open – many thanks for a superb effort.

And now a message from the Volvo China Open Champion, Jeev Milkha Singh Thank you.

先生们，女士们，晚上好。

　　很高兴看到大家，也希望你们能享受今天的高尔夫。今晚，我们的主人上海高尔夫球协会和他们的主席祝家明为我们带来了特别的上海主题晚宴——感谢您，祝先生。

　　特别感谢张小宁先生从北京赶过来参加今天的晚宴。

　　我们很骄傲VOLVO中国公开赛能成为中国真正的高尔夫球公开赛。感谢中高协和在座各位的支持和热情，有了你们的支持才让中国高尔夫在世界高球界的地位稳步上升。

　　我想特别欢迎VOLVO中国公开赛这个大家庭的一些新成员-ThinkPad、Toto、三星、经济观察报和世茂佘山艾美酒店，还有来自上海日报和新闻晨报的支持。感谢你们让VOLVO中国公开赛成为更为优秀的赛事。

　　这一周，我们听到的所有评论都是称赞旭宝球场条件是如何的好，这要归功于旭宝主席宋鑛满。旭宝球场让VOLVO中国公开赛的形象得到了进一步的提升——感谢他们所做的努力。
